Types of back pain include Sciatica, Lumbar Strain, DDD, Osteoarthritis, Spondylosis, Stenosis and Herniated/Bulging Disc (HNP). Come work with the Independence Physical Therapy team of qualified physical therapists. We will perform the proven treatment for low back and neck pain using a combination of treatment techniques such as myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, traction (if indicated) and trunk and core conditioning and proven pain management techniques.

Learning to effectively manage your pain, while taking control of your core and improving postural awareness will improve the ability to do your work, sports and day to day activities without having low back or neck pain.
